This week we are featuring ThreeHorribleHorsemen, a new up-and-coming writer who has already released several works in the past few months! Here’s an excerpt from from one of their works:

It opened its eyes to a barren wasteland, with no wall or road or table in sight. It was an odd situation. Over its years with the Foundation, it had heard whispers of things that shifted in and out of their reality, their dimension. People and items that vanished into thin air with no explanation.

Such phenomena had been interesting to think about, but it had never been the topic of its research. Perhaps it should have paid more attention after all. It had no way to know where it was.

But… the Pestilence was stronger, here. Overwhelming, for all its sheer distance. Was the Source of the Pestilence among the stars? So far out of reach that it could never hope to achieve its sole goal?
