This week we are featuring HaltandCrowley13, a new up-and-coming writer who has already released several works in the past few months! Here’s an excerpt from from one of their works:

The storm on Kamino were no joking matter. That’s why, when the emergency alarm rang, everyone on the island didn’t wait a minute before heading to the Storm room, where everyone gathered when the alarm rang.

Crosshair walked in the back, glaring at anyone who laughed or stared at them. He towered over most younger cadets, and even cadets his age were shorter than he was, and even as his brothers settled in a corner, he didn’t, watching over them. Hunter stubbornly kept his hands over his ears throughout the storm, opening his eyes every so often and looking out through a tearful gaze. Wrecker wrapped Hunter in a hug, partially to comfort Hunter and partially to shield their defective brother from the Kaminoans, and Tech tried his hardest to calm the strung up cadet with things he’d researched on his data pad.
