This week we are featuring SkysTheLimit23, an upcoming writer with his first ever Star Wars work! Here’s an excerpt :
Luke was laying under his X-Wing meditating, giving his ship a tune-up using the Force, per his Father’s suggestion, as a form of meditation and practice using the Force for fine movements, and he was having a blast doing so.
He loved ships, and he loved listening to the Force around him. Anything that allowed him to focus on both at once was great in his book.
Reaching out with his senses beyond the confines of his ship, he felt all the lifeforms in the hanger: focused, content, and bored, mostly. Altogether average. He reached out further. The base was humming with life, feeling a whole gamut of things from lust to guilt. Further out, the planet at large was mostly quiet, with a few sparse settlements. Even further, and the stars seemed to sing the song of the Force and the Universe. Chaotic, but controlled and beautiful. Distantly, he could feel his Father … click here to read for free
